Subprojects Management
Activities
The Subproject – Steering - Committees ensure the scientific monitoring and co-ordination of the Subprojects and their implementation. Schedule, deliverables and milestones are the main tools to follow-up the work and each work package leader will stimulate every participant of its work package, follow agreed protocols, best practices and guide every participant looking for advice.
Members
Each Subproject Steering Committee is composed of the Subproject Technical Manager (Subproject leader) and the work package leaders.
Organisation
Meetings will occur every 3 months or upon request of 1/3 of the subproject members or upon written request of a subproject member in case of an emergency. The representative of the Executive Committee will be welcome to participate as well as a representative of Management team.
