SP7: Management

The organisational structure of the QcityProgramme comprises three distinct levels, enabling broad as well as precise management of the project in different circumstances and integration of all aspects. There will be a strategic level, composed of representative(s) of the European Commission as well as representative(s) of the coordinator and the founding partners, which will be supported by external advisory groups having the role of a Scientific Council.

An executive level, represented by an Executive Committee assisted by a Management Team. Lastly there will be a subproject management (day-today management) level that both takes care of the Qcitysecretarial functions and overall co-ordination activities as well as the direct implementation of the various work modules by the Sub-project Committees.
